  1. I have been practicing yoga for over fifty years, and you are so right that yoga is important in every woman’s life. Over the years, I have used yoga for emotional support and self-awareness. Now in my seventies, I am a permanent digital nomad, and I use it to maintain flexibility. It reinforces for me the mind-body connection. I will not be able to have the life I have without good health and stamina, and a lot of that has come down to yoga and being mindful about what I eat.
